Account Questions:

Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however if your upline is connecting from the same computer and isp as you, they will not receive any downline earning from your use of the site. This is to prevent people from stacking accounts and trying to cheat the system.

How can I log into my account?
Log in at http://www. myecom.net

How can I cancel my account?
Go to your profile page and at the bottom of the page you enter your password, then click cancel.

How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your membership in our program allows MyECom Online to send you email messages and advertisements. You may switch your account to send these emails to your site inbox by going to your profile page and selecting 'Site Inbox' in the 'Send email to' selection

How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the profile link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your member ID.

I live outside the US, can I join?
Yes, we welcome all international members.

I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privileges.


Earnings Questions:

How much do I earn by participating?
You earn points and cash by using MyECom.

You earn points for posting in the forum, playing games, chatting, reading your email, for shopping, etc. You also earn 5% on any points your downline may earn. These points have a value that is based on 5% of ALL CashCrusader.com and RoBoTJTech.com sales, and 25% of the money received from all advertisers and purchases of MyECom products and services. These amounts change frequently so we cannot give an exact amount. At anytime you can convert your points to cash based on the current cash value.

You earn 10% cash back from any purchases you or others make from RoBoTJTech.com or CashCrusaderSoftware.com when they use your referral url. You also earn 1% from any sales from your downline.

When can I request payment?
You may request payment after you have earned $1.00.

How can I request payment?
From your profile page select your payment option, as long as that is selected you will be paid automatcily once a month. If you do not select a payment option your cash earnings will be held in your account untill you select a payment option.

When am I paid?
Payments are issued on accounts with over $1 in them on the last day of the month.

How am I paid?
Payments are made via the following payment processors: Disable Autopay, PayPal


Referral Questions:

How can I refer other?
You may place a link with your referral url to MyECom Online on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming.

What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on the 'Earn $$$' page.

What can I earn through referrals?
All your referrals are placed in your downline in a 3x10 matrix, in otherwords 'spillover'. This helps your downline to also enjoy the earning potential of MyECom even if they do not have the marketing experiance. A 3x10 Matrix allows you to have 59,049 members in your downline.
You earn 1% cash from any sales and 5% of any points generated by these members in your downline

Are my referral earnings working?
Yes, referral earnings are updated once a day. You must be active on our site to earn from your referrals
To qualify to receive earnings from your downline, you must login at least once every 15 days.
